Shipping & Delivery
Shipments will be made Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm (UTC / GMT -6). Orders received after 2 pm (UTC / GMT -6) from Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday and/or holidays, will be sent the next business day.
Shipping cost is based on delivery service, price and weight of item, insurance and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process.
We recommend signature confirmation for all orders shipped to commercial addresses. Please contact us to request this, and in this case, we will adjust your invoice to reflect the upgraded shipping rate.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:We ship within MEXICO via Estafeta (Next day-3 business days). We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING on all orders over $2000 MXN shipped within the 31 continuous states. Packages may not exceed 5 pounds and will be delivered in 1-5 business days.
Refused Shipments: If you decide to refuse any shipments from Viesca y Viesca, or if a shipment is not claimed, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Viesca y Viesca; this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Any refunds are at the sole discretion of Viesca y Viesca. Unclaimed Domestic items are not subject to refund after 10 days after arrival to its destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International orders are shipped through Fedex (1-9 business days). Cost is based on destination, price, insurance and weight of item. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process.
For now we offer shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Russian Federation, Singapore, Spain, Republic of South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, UK, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, USA, Vietnam. If you want to purchase from us and don’t live in these territories, please contact us for specified shipping and we will happily help you.
We now offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for any purchase of $250USD or more. This offer only applies for: USA, and Canada. Orders will be shipped using Sepomex International Service (6-20 Working days).
We DO NOT cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the Local Postal Service (Sepomex-Mexican Postal Service). Possible Delays: When orders shipped Internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
